At LiberNovo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LiberNovo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
